Cancellation Policy
- Once we receive your party inquiry we will reach out to discuss availability and details via email or phone call. - A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your date, final payment/balance due the Monday before the party. - Final headcount due 10 days before party. - You provide a birthday treat, including paper goods and utensils, for your guests. You are to account for any allergies of your guests. - In case of illness or inclement weather, we will do our best to offer a date to reschedule, but this is not guaranteed. - By placing a deposit on a party, you agree to accept the following terms: I/we do hereby agree to release District DabbleLab, and all associated persons, from liability for any accident or injury sustained during the time spent at District DabbleLab for this party or related activities. I/we grant permission for myself and/my children to voluntarily participate in activities related to the birthday party. I have advised the guests of this party and their parents that photos may be taken and used strictly for the purpose of District DabbleLab. I have also advised to wear clothing that can get messy! I/we will not make claim against or sue District DabbleLab.
