Cancellation Policy

- Once we receive your party inquiry we will reach out to discuss availability and details via email or phone call. - A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your date, final payment/balance due the Monday before the party. If you fail to pay the final payment by the Tuesday before the party, District DabbleLab will consider the party canceled and non-refundable. - Final headcount due 10 days before party. If we do not receive the final headcount, you will be charged for the maximum number of guests (18 partygoers). - You provide a birthday treat, including paper goods and utensils, for your guests. You are to account for any allergies of your guests. - You and your guests are expected to be respectful of the space and the staff. Our Open Studio Space is NOT a waiting room for parents, kindly ask your guests to drop off and pick up at specific times and not loiter. - All parties at District DabbleLab are scheduled for 1.5 hours. You are allotted 15 minutes before the party to set up your goodies. Parties must end promptly at the scheduled time to allow for cleanup and preparation for the next event. Families will have an additional 5 - 10 minute grace period to gather belongings and say goodbyes. If the party continues beyond this window—such as guests lingering, continued activities, or use of the space—an additional $100 fee will be charged for each extra 30 minutes. Please plan accordingly and let us know in advance if you expect to need extra time, as extensions are subject to studio availability. - In case of illness or inclement weather, we will do our best to offer a date to reschedule, but this is not guaranteed. - By placing a deposit on a party, you agree to accept the following terms: I/we do hereby agree to release District DabbleLab, and all associated persons, from liability for any accident or injury sustained during the time spent at District DabbleLab for this party or related activities. I/we grant permission for myself and/my children to voluntarily participate in activities related to the birthday party. I have advised the guests of this party and their parents that photos may be taken and used strictly for the purpose of District DabbleLab. I have also advised to wear clothing that can get messy! I/we will not make claim against or sue District DabbleLab.
